Privacy policy

Draft for review.

This policy covers the Estimate Generator, an internal Looboo Display tool for staff.

What the tool reads and writes

• From QuickBooks Online (Looboo’s own company): the product and service list with prices, and customer names (to pick the customer for an estimate).
• To QuickBooks Online: draft (Pending) estimates created by a staff member.
• From Autodesk Fusion: part geometry and names of the open design, to count parts.

Where data lives

• The QuickBooks sign-in token is stored only on the staff member’s own computer, in a file readable only by them. This website stores nothing and has no database.
• Scan results and saved estimate copies are kept in Looboo Display’s internal shared drive.
• Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

This website

The pages here only support the QuickBooks sign-in. The sign-in page passes a one-time code straight to the staff member’s own computer and does not keep it. Standard web server logs may record page visits.

Removing access

Disconnect the app in QuickBooks under Apps → My Apps, or delete the tool’s credentials file on the computer.
